Our Boudoir Sessions are about YOU and for YOU. Lifting you up, empowering you, and showing off your confidence/badass. We don't want to hide you behind a prop. We don't want to try to work on odd items that seem out of place.

Maybe you're thinking to yourself, I'd sure love to do a session with you, but maybe it's too late. Maybe this isn't for women my age.

Hmmmmmm, so not true! Women are like wine, we get better as we age. Grey hair is no longer “taboo” and ad campaigns are now showing different body types and ages. Photoshop is such an interesting topic to me. Our approach to photoshop is simple - keep your images clean and true-to-you. We won't ever alter your images in a way that they no longer represent YOU.

We always edit out pimples, bruises, and scratches as those things are non-permanent on your body. We give all of our clients the option to soften things such as cellulite, stretch marks, scars, etc. Sometimes wardrobe and posing can cause lumps and bumps, so we will fix those things.

I've recently thought a lot about a moment that many of us share—the first time we recall being on the receiving end of unsolicited opinions about our physical appearance.

Today we are going to touch base on questions you should be asking your Boudoir Photographer before your photo shoot. It's so important to have all of the information you need before jumping right in! These are a few popular FAQs we receive from our clients…

Fun fact about me is that I love clothes. I love how an article of clothing can transform a person physically and mentally. Clothes can bring back a feeling or a memory and transport you back in time.

So it may surprise you that I believe wardrobe is truly not that important for the way that I shoot.

I truly believe that every woman should experience a boudoir photoshoot.

You must remember you are an original and beautiful in your own way. You will not look like the women in my photos because they are an original and extraordinary in their own way.

Absolutely Not! You do not have to be nude for your session if that makes you uncomfortable. We will always ask you how far you'd like to go in regards to nudity during your shoot. You are never pressured to go outside of your comfort zone.

We get asked a lot of questions regarding prepping for your Boudoir Shoot, and one we want to explain specifically is whether to tan or not to tan. For us, the answer is simple and it may actually surprise you. The answer is absolutely NOT! 

Before embarking on your Boudoir Shoot with us, we always want to make sure our clients are fully prepared when they walk through our doors.
